You start at 50% (Interns) and progress through tiers — 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% — up to 100% at the top. There are no desk fees. No hidden deductions.
The structure is fully transparent and the progression is driven entirely by your performance.
Leapfrog has allocated 25% of the business into a dedicated share scheme for qualifying agents. Every sale you register contributes to your share allocation. After five years of qualifying contribution, shares vest — and when dividends are declared, you participate as a shareholder.
